Few things thrill me more than discovering a whole new way to see the world. My search for new worldviews has led me, through myriad interests, to fantasy. Nowhere else can you see so broadly, and so intimately, such a sampling of unfamiliar circumstances and characters. You can walk with pride as one with the mighty. You can struggle, exhausted, along with the hopeless. You can stand with the ruthless on a field of desolation and empathize, even if you disagree, with the plans and the people that brought this about.
